Ali Rideau

Ali is our office scheduling manager. She was born and raised in Orange County, California. Before going away to college in Syracuse, New York, Ali started her dental career by working in an endodontic and orthdontic office. After living where it snowed and dreaming of warmer weather, she followed her life long dream and moved to sunny Austin, Texas. Starting in May, she will be going back to school for dental hygiene. Ali enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, horseback riding, running outside, shopping, trying out new places to eat and going on adventures. She looks forward to meeting you and helping to schedule your appointments or answer any questions that you might have.

Barb Cristea

Barb has been our financial manager at Babineau Cosmetic and Family Dentistry since November of 2010. She graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana in 1987 with her bachelor’s degree in Business. From there, she put her managerial skills, education and experience into the dental field, clinically as well as administratively. Barb has enjoyed taking numerous continuing education classes and being a member of the American Academy of Dental Office Managers. After working 24 years in the dental field in Chicago, Barb moved to Austin after meeting her wonderful boyfriend, through mutual friends. When Barb is not working on treatment plans, office finances, and dental insurance, she enjoy spending time with her 3 incredible children (Ashley, 22; Josh 21; and Jack 16), doing yoga, Austin’s live music scene, vegan cooking, organic gardening, reading, hiking, and her cat Lilly.

Dental Assistants

Becca Hopkins

Rebecca is the newest member of the team her at the Babineaus’. She has been a registered dental assistant for 6 years now and truly loves the dental field. She is originally from Amarillo, TX where she spent 5 years of her dentistry experience and most recently moved with her husband and two amazing little boys to Austin, Texas.

Casandra Reyes

Casandra was born and raised in Panama City, Panama She acquired training and certification from the United States air Forces as a Red Cross volunteer. She brings over 20 years of dental experiences to our practices .Her unique humor puts even our most nervous patient at ease. he also teaches at ADAS of Leander and Hutto Dental assistant School .She loves giving back to her profession by teaching the next generation the old and new in dentistry. She is a proud single mother of two lovely boys. One is a University graduate and one is in elementary school.

Dental Hygienist

Jody Zuniga

Jody graduated from Del Mar College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in 2008. She is originally from Corpus Christi, Texas and has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for three years, which also includes a 1 year experience in a periodontal office and specializing in periodontal therapy. Jody, is also a certified in CPR/BLS training and nitrous oxide monitoring. Jody and her son moved to our beautiful capitol city in 2009 and joined Dr. John and Dr. Lori Babineau in 2010. When not at work, Jody enjoy’s spending time with her son, family and friends and have a huge passion for music, fishing, sports and of course the beach!

Kelly Carver

Kelly started with the Babineau’s in 2002 as a Dental Assistant while attending Westlake High School. Soon after working with the Babineau’s she decided to pursue a career in dental hygiene. After completing high school, Kelly obtained her dental hygiene degree at Del Mar College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in 2008. Immediately after becoming a registered dental hygienist she returned to work with the Babineau’s now as a hygienist. While away from the workplace she enjoys baking, running, and spending time with her 2 dogs (Golden Doodle & Yorki Mix) and Husband.
